Within one calendar year, another investor bought land from the Zagore Industrial Zone. An extremely successful investment year, the result of many efforts both on the part of the team of the mayor of Stara Zagora, Zhivko Todorov, the investment department of the Municipality of Stara Zagora, and on the part of the Zagore Industrial Zone. Stara Zagora has shown a good investment climate, conditions for business development and an environment stimulating sustainable growth in recent years.

 ANNOUNCEMENT   On the basis of the Decision of the held on 20.06.2022 Extraordinary General Meeting of "Industrial Zone Zagore" AD, Decisions of the Board of Directors of "Industrial Zone Zagore" AD from a meeting held on 29.06.2022, Decision from Minutes No. 7/16.06.2022. from a meeting of the Board of Directors of "National Company Industrial Zones" EAD, Sofia and Decision No. 1729, Minutes No. 39 of a meeting of the Stara Zagora Municipal Council, held on 26.05.2022, "Industrial Zone Zagore" JSC announces a tender for sale of real estate owned by the company.

Within three months, a third investor enters his investment intention in the Stara Zagora Industrial Zone "Zagore". A startup company with foreign participation, which imposes new and modern technology for processing products, officially enters this week, an investment intention to purchase a plot in the Zone.
